"One Hit Wonder" means you only had ONE SONG that you/Group is famous for..... PERIOD!

or change the game title...

Cars - Gary Newman

Turning Japanese - The Vapors

Mickey - Toni Basil

Tainted Love - Soft Cell

Puttin on the Ritz - Taco

out side of these songs... nobody has ever heard of them...

however:

BOB MARLEY

NWA

Judas Priest

Sublime

The Ramones

Marilyn Manson

Wu-Tang Clan

Miles Davis

Tom Waits

I thought I already mentioned that "famous" is not part of the definition of one-hit wonder, at least not in this game.

Also a new wave band, but from England they had a hit in the 80's, it turned out foreign cultures were changing them.

Well sublime Sublime got to number 13 at its peak, not to mention that after the lead singer died he became alot more popular with time.
also wu tang forever was number one on the charts.
Marilyn Manson had mutliple 1 on the chart.

This British pop duo scored a top ten hit in the early 80s with this song that had them speaking negatively about relationships.
