You have clearly laid out the criteria, so that's fine, I guess we go with that, but I feel like a OHW is not only really defined by chart position, but also the "flash in the pan" career that tends to go along with that one hit song. It's the idea of the not being known, to hit song, to irrelevance in the music industry, whether they are still a band, making music, etc. Just my 2 cents
