Just click on Technical Assistance/Technical Issues/Main Site Issues/Bad Links. Then choose sub-section that meets your need. Nothing you need is locked just the main section for the Staff Announcements.

Try clearing your browser cache first.
If that doesn't fix it then you'll prolly have to clear the IceFilms cookies, which will also clear your list.
