Clean your cache and cookies. The last time there was a prob with that it was caused by cloud servers.

Refresh cloudflare then. Confirmed its not just my computer by using various web proxies/incognito.

Nah......
The internet interprets censorship as damage and routes around it.
I may not believe in what you say, but I will fight to the death for your right to say it
Those who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety

You need to be more specific on how you connect "incognito". Cloudflare is notoriously defensive towards some anonymizers.

Google Chrome incognito. Doesn't save cookies or cache which means it's not just my Web browser. I'm currently typing from my tablet and still have 403 error.

Why are you trying to go incognito? Ontario is safer than most of the world at present. This is not a torrent site, that would be when I used something like that.

Has nothing to do with privacy. Like I said it doesn't save cache or cookies so I'm using it to test if this was a problem on my end which it clearly isn't.

Ok so what is the problem. I don't understand what is happening or what you are trying to do? Maybe a screen shot would help us all understand and suggest a fix. It is obvious it's not a cache, cookie problem. Until I fully understand the problem or lots of users start flooding in with the same issue. I'm going to lean towards something simple on your side. We will continue helping you just give us more info to go on.

Way scratching his head.... (think)

I think you need to either 'purge cache' in cloudflare or fix permissions on webserver.
