Billion and wovreel gone

I'm on Chrome and I'm getting this error message when I click on links for these two hosts.


"Software error:

Can't connect to Mysql server. at Modules/DataBase.pm line 28."

The IQS has been updated to 6.3

Is it something on my end?

both are issues involving each respective host's server, Movreel has since come back online, but Billion uploads has been down almost all day.
