Sync issue

I've been messing with VLC settings for awhile, but I just can't seem to figure out the easiest way to fix when the sounds/speech doesn't match up the movement of the actors mouths. I'm either way off behind or ahead. I can't seem to adjust it properly. Most recently with "The Watch" download. It was off by a less than a second or two, but I couldn't adjust it correctly. Anyone have any tips to make this easier? I searched and couldn't a topic. I might have just over looked it.

Thank everyone!

Real easy but it will take some time playing with it to get good at it.
Here is what you do.

With the file playing you goto>Tools>track sync this will open a new box you will see audio track sync play with this setting up or down depending on which way it is out.
When you get it then close this box and your good.

It will take some playing to get it but it can be done.

I watched that movie and had no problems with the audio sync.
