Apple tv xbmc updates and get addons not working

Can anyone help me out? My connection is fine, i have downloaded updates and addons b4 in the past now all of a sudden i try to update icefilms and theres no update.. soo i try to c if i can download addons and theres none. I can still stream shows from other addons i downloaded before so my connection is fine. Can anybody help? Thanks
