Tried the restarting of browsers. No luck. I feel like i have two options now. Upgrade to Windows 10 or reformat the computer unless anyone has any other ideas.

I really don't think that your Op sys has any part in this. But I have been wrong before and there is the part of having to bend to the inevitable. At some point in the next year the upgrade will be mandatory so the govt can spy on us. I don't care really as I do nothing wrong.
