Hi we are new users to icefilms. The last 2 days we have not been able to access the site. The browser just says fails. Can some one advise if the site is down. We live in Ontario Canada if that is important.

Yes it is down for now and there are others posts covering this. No news on why or when it will be back up.
An IP workaround for the server issues
Hello.
I tested that the IP address, http://188.121.50.149/index will work in place of http://www.icefilms.info/index.
For the time being these steps should keep you from coming down off our Icefilms high:
You go to the main site with http://188.121.50.149/index
Search for the movie/tv show you want, it should take you to the search results. You may need to add the season for the tv show to the search request, eg Dexter 2x02.
The link in the search is composed of www.icefilms.info/ instead of the IP address. If you click the link from the search field and then paste the http://188.121.50.149 in place of the www.icefilms.info you should be at the sources link. The address in the bar should then look like:
http://188.121.50.149/ip.php?v=5555& instead of:
www.icefilms.info/ip.php?v=5555&
Once you select the source, the next view will be Chose streaming script 1 or 2. Below those 2 boxes will be a link to take you directly to megaupload. EG, for Dexter it is
Proceed to: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=3G3VSU9E
Once on that page, the choice is yours to download or stream the file. And I currently have Dexter 2x02 streamed and reading for my enjoyment.
