Since Emily Owens, M.D., was cancelled, the CW filled the Tuesday spot with a new tv series Cult. On tv, it will premiere on the 19th of February, but the net already released the first episode tonight.

Personnally, I did not really like the first episode and only tuned in because Mathew Davis was playing in it (played Alaric from The Vampire Diaries). The summary is a show within a show. Basically, Davis, playing a journalist, will partner up with a tv series' producer's assistant to investigate a series of murders that are copied from a fictional script from that tv show.
