I've followed the tuturial to dowload the old version of DivX player but keep getting prompted to megaupload in order to stream anything. I know of folks who are able to stream directly off the website, like the tuturial explains, yet it doesn't seem to work for me. When clicking a source I get the link to megaupload but I also get the following message - 'DivX Player detected, version 1.5.0.52 is good'. Might anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Thanks.

I've cleared my caches but don't think I've updated to the new user script though.
How is that done?

I've tried uploading to the new user script following the "Please update your ICE Quick Stream script to 4.0" but get an error: "'location' is undefined".
Any further suggestions?
Thanks for the help!

Hi zzzzz,

Go to the front page and click on the big yellow book, icefilms for beginners, and follow the instructions for setting-up for icefilms carefully. That will likely solve your issues.

Never heard that error before.

As Nev said, follow the tutorials for installing the script.

I think it's likely zzzzz didn't have GM installed.

Thanks for the suggestion but I have followed the tuturial and it didn't seem to work for me.

What is GM and how can I install it?

Okay, well then I assume you have greasemonkey installed and it's still not working. Sometimes, for whatever reason, you need to manually delete the script then reinstall it:

There is a problem with your iqs script? Make sure the Greasemonkey icon is active/highlighted (click on it). Right-click on it and select "manage user scripts". [In chrome, access your scripts on the extensions page (wrench, tools, extensions).] Right-click in the box that comes up [or a script box, in chrome], anywhere there isn't an object, and you should get a dialogue box with an option to "open containing folder". Do that. When the folder opens, delete the script, and close it out. Clear all cookies and browser cache in firefox - interpret for another browser (try selecting [ctl-shift-del]) - by selecting the clear recent history function in the tools menu. Be sure all applicable entries are checked (under the details tab), and be sure to select "everything" at the top ("all saved data" in chrome). Restart your browser. Install the latest iqs script from the link on the main page. When you attempt to load a video (after you've clicked a link), make sure the greasemonkey icon is highlighted, and right-click it to ensure the iqs script is selected and active.

If that still didn't work, do it all over again, but this time uninstall Greasemonkey after you manually delete the script -restart your browser - and reinstall.
