If you're using Microsoft Windows, Firefox/Chrome and using an ISP that doesn't block IceFilms and you're having problems with viewing content, please at least try the following troubleshooting before submitting a post to the technical section. If you've already been directed to this tutorial from the Technical section, please go to Section B and follow the instructions there.
Download and install CCleaner.
Run the program and click "Run Cleaner". After this process completes, please click on "Registry" and "Scan for Issues", once that has finished, click "Fix Selected Issues...".
Finally, restart your computer.
If the above has not helped you, move on to the following steps;
Download the following and keep them safe:
Remove the following programs
- Greasemonkey Addon
Repeat (or just do them, if you didn't do Section A first) CCleaner steps (from Section A)
Re-Install the following, in the order shown below;
- Firefox or Chrome
DivX Web Player 1.42
AC3 Filter v1.46
Greasemonkey addon for Firefox (Already installed in Chrome)
GM Script for Greasemonkey
4) Restart your computer
